[sophos-ide-update-announce] Updated 'sophos-ide-update', release 1.1

A new release of sophos-ide-update is out, version 1.1.

sophos-ide-update is a Perl program to carefully update
virus signature .ide files from the Sophos web server.
If Sophie daemon is present, it gets restarted when necessary.

The version 1.1 is a small maintenance release, and resolves a few details
that accumulated during the last 6 months since the initial release:

  2001-12-05      Mark Martinec
    - chop off trailing newline when printing exceptions' text
    - cosmetic changes;
  2002-06-12      Mark Martinec
    - delete $ENV{'BASH_ENV'} to avoid 'unsafe dependency';
    - accomodate (old?) Sophos lib names: [number].[number][letter(s)].dat
      (thanks to Maciej Uhlig);
    - wait shortly between sending HUP to Sophie and sending notification;
    - as a courtesy to the Sophos web server, wait a random delay between
      0 and $max_wait_before_download seconds (default 45) to prevent
      thundering herd of this program incarnations to hit Sophos web server
      all at the same full minute, as would be common for a cron job
