"Dear colleagues, the Czech Association of Slavists and the Institute
of Slavonic Studies at the Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University
invites you for one day international colloquium Slavonic Studies in
Contemporary World held on 8 September 2015 from 9 a. m. in the
meeting room of the Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University, A. Nováka
1, Brno (tram 12 from the bus and railway stations, stop Grohova
Street). Selection of Recommended Subjects

1) The topical situation of international Slavonic studies and
scholarly communication in Slavonic studies today
2) New subjects in Slavonic studies
3) New views of Slavonic languages
4) New phenomena in Slavonic literatures
5) Does „Slavonic World“ exist?
6) Slavonic studies and contemporary international situation
7) New methods in Slavonic Studies
8) Slavonic Area studies
9) New views of the history of Slavonic studies
10) Institutions and personalities of Slavonic philology

Colloquium languages: all Slavonic and world. Maximum length of the
presentation: 15 minutes. After a positive evaluation your
contributions will be published. The instructions will be sent to you
later.  I am expecting your applications with the title of your
contributions and a concise annotation (maximum 10 lines). Deadline:
