Dober dan, vsem:
vsaj na na'si fakulteti (PeF v MB) nara's'ca 'stevilo izrednih
'studentk in 'studentov. Na ravni univerze imamo celo center za
'studij na daljavo, ki pa vzbuja bolj ob'cutek 'ciste forme in
zagotavlja predvsem zaposlenim socialni mir (v vseoh pomenskih
odtenkih). Seveda na'se daljave niso primerljive z avstralskimi, a se
v'casih zdi, da je te'ze premagati razdaljo med Lendavo in Piranom
kot priti z enega konca Avstralije na drugega.
Kakorkoli 'ze obrnemo, ob neuresni'cljivi zamisli, da se izvajanje
programov (ne samo predmetov znotraj posameznega programa v letniku)
ne bo prekrivalo v tedenskem urniku, da bodo prihajale izredne
'studentke in 'studenti samo do trikrat tedensko na fakulteto za
najve'c 6 ur, ki naj ne bi bile posve'cene enemu samemu predmetu, in
da bomo s tretjinskim obsegom izvajanja predmetov zagotovili
enakovredno kakovost kot rednim 'studentkam in 'studentom (seveda,
'ce je vpisanih ve'c kot 12 ali 15 oseb v letnik, ker se sicer to
finan'cno ne izpla'ca in se zadovoljimo s konsultacijami), se seveda
zamislim -- in vpra'sam, kaj nas pri tem po'cetju 'se vodi in
navdihuje ob nedvomno prijetnem zagotavljanju neprora'cunskih
sredstev, s katerimi lahko nastavljamo osebe malce v upravi in malce
med pedago'skim kadrom, ki nam jih sicer ministrstvo ne bi odobrilo
(in torej morda vendarle tudi izbolj'sujemo kakovost pedago'skega in
/ ali raziskovalnega dela).
Morda bi z dobro organizacijo in dokaj zavzetim delom lahko tudi v
Sloveniji za'celi uporabljati nekatera elektronska pedago'ska orodja,
ki bi dopolnjevala ali pripravljala -- po moji presoji -- vendarle
neizogibna osebna sre'canja. Za za'cetek bi morali seveda vsakomur
hkrati z vpisom zagotoviti e-naslov (po uvedbi elektronskega
prijavljanja na izpite se mi je to zdel neizogiben in nujen naslednji
korak, ki sem ga pri'cakoval z leto'snjim septembrom -- no, to je
seveda nekaj, kar presega 'ra'cunalni'sko opismenjevanje', je
verjetno 'ze malce nad ravnijo 'funkcionalne pismenosti'). Potem
pripraviti spletne strani s predstavitvijo snovi in programa in s
sproti aktualiziranimi obvestili. Nadaljevali bi lahko z objavljanjem
"nalog" in izmenjavo re'sitev -- tudi z objavljanjem lastnih
izdelkov, zaradi mene s 'tiskanjem na zahtevo' (print on demand -- da
bo 'se Marko Juvan vedel, za kaj gre), kar bi bilo treba tudi
minimalno pla'cati.
