Vabimo vas na 11. predavanje iz sklopa >Kolokviji na IJS< v akademskem letu
2024/25, ki bo danes, 14. maja 2025, ob 13:00 v Veliki predavalnici
Instituta >Jožef Stefan< na Jamovi cesti 39 v Ljubljani. Predavanje bo v
slovenščini. Na voljo bodo kava, pijača in prigrizki.

 

 

Kako do učinkovitega vodenja sistemov brez napora?

Zaprtozančno vodenje je prisotno tako v naravi, v družbenih sistemih, kot
tudi v tehniki. Povratna zanka med drugim omogoča uravnavanje temperature
človeškega telesa, da podjetje z določenimi ukrepi doseže zastavljene cilje
in da radiator ogreje prostor na primerno temperaturo. Zaprtozančno vodenje
je očem skrito, vendar pa je ključnega pomena za varno in učinkovito
delovanje sistemov. V prvem delu predavanja bom predstavil osnovne koncepte
zaprtozančnega vodenja ter osnovne oblike in funkcije regulatorjev. Nato bom
prikazal pomanjkljivosti klasičnih regulatorjev in predstavil princip
vodenja, ki temelji na izračunu ustaljenega stanja namesto na meritvi
trenutnega stanja sistema. Na ta način lahko znatno zmanjšamo vpliv dinamike
in zakasnitve sistema pri zaprtozančnem vodenju. Izkaže se, da je predlagan
koncept vodenja učinkovit in enostavno izvedljiv v praksi.

 

O predavatelju: Damir Vrančić je znanstveni svetnik na Institutu >Jožef
Stefan< ter izredni profesor in prodekan za znanstvenoraziskovalno delo na
Fakulteti za industrijski inženiring v Novem mestu.

We invite you to the 11th lecture in the framework of >JSI Colloquia< in the
academic year 2024/25, which will take place today, May 14, 2025, at 1:00 PM
in the main lecture hall of Jožef Stefan Institute, Jamova cesta 39 in
Ljubljana. The lecture will be held in Slovenian. Coffee, drinks and snacks

How to achieve efficient control of systems without sweat?

Control loops exist in nature, in social systems and in technology. Among
other things, the control loop ensures that the human body maintains its
temperature, that the company achieves its goals through certain measures
and that the radiator heats the room to an appropriate temperature. The
control loop is invisible to the eye, but it is essential for the safe and
efficient operation of systems. In the first part, I will introduce the
basic concepts of control and the basic forms and functions of controllers.
I will then highlight the shortcomings of conventional controllers and
introduce the principle of steady-state control, which is based on the
control of the steady state instead of the current state of the system. In
this way, the influence of system dynamics and delay in control can be
significantly reduced. The proposed control concept proves to be efficient
and easy to implement in practice.

 

About the lecturer: Damir Vrančić is a scientific councilor at the Jožef
Stefan Institute and an associate professor and vice dean for scientific
research at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering in Novo mesto.
