We are delighted to invite you to participate in the 27th traditional international multiconference Information Society – IS2024, which will be held from 7 to 11 October 2024, at the Jožef Stefan Institute in Ljubljana and online at http://is.ijs.si. Additional Information:

1.	Everyone will use the EasyChair conference system. If you are not yet familiar with this tool, you might want to look online for instructions; it is quite straightforward once you get used to it. If you have any questions, the technical team is available at the IS email, especially your chairs.
2.	Every good paper (not just abstracts...) will receive a DOI https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_object_identifier. IS is getting better every year!
3.	We have developed our own program for reviews, which works quite well. Since it is paid, we will generate automatic reviews when you have gathered the references. These reviews can be considered or not; it might be worth sending them to authors with a note that they are automatically generated.
4.	This year, we will list the conferences in Scopus if there are enough papers.
5.	The keynote speaker will be the president of the upper house of the Slovenian parliament.
6.	The best papers from the conferences will be invited to submit an extended version to the journal Informatica, and some will be presented in the Slovenian parliament as part of already agreed consultations.
