size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">Nove kvantne strukture je mogoče sestavljati
z manipulacijo posameznih površinskih atomov in molekul na površinah.
Predstavljeno bo delo na področju manipulacije teh osnovnih gradnikov s pomočjo
nizkotemperaturne ultravisokovakuumske tunelske mikroskopije, kombinirane z
različnimi lokalnimi spektroskopskimi metodami. <SPAN lang=PL
style="mso-ansi-language: PL">Opisani eksperimenti so namenjeni tako osnovnim
raziskavam, kot tudi konstrukciji novih uporabnih nano-naprav. Med ostalim bo
opisana meritev sil, potrebnih za premikanje posameznih atomov, izdelava
večstopenjskega eno-molekularnega preklopnika in hibridne konstrukcije,
sestavljene iz atomov in molekul. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></FONT></P>

structures can be realized by manipulating surface single atoms and molecules.
</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-GB style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB">Recent
efforts in manipulating these basic construction species by means of a
low-temperature ultra high vacuum scanning tunneling microscope, combined with a
variety of tunneling spectroscopic methods, will be presented. The performed
experiments are important for both, fundamental understanding and construction
of novel nano-devices. Described will be i.a. measurements of lateral forces
required to move individual atoms, realization of a multi-step single molecule
switch, and an hybrid device, composed of atoms and
molecules.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
